SO THAT I can correctly reflect the event status and notify particpants

Background

The organizer with have a link in the email that is as follows:

https://[host]/cancelEvent?event=[event_code]&adminCode=[admin_code]

• Use this email to trigger the cancellation place
• You must have the organizer confirm that they want to delete the event
