This is a module holding constants and external methods for ObjectiveC Runtime calls. It is used internally by iOSLib classes.

Many of the external methods are currently unused but will come into use once this library grows. It is a direct copy of a MacOSX OBJC Runtime and the methods need to be checked for existence in iOS yet. Further documentation will follow.
