1. I mostly focused on navigation, so there are no timeline updates.
2. The dark grey background is NOT part of the application.

Shell (basic interface)

Home (no patient selected)

Diane will address vocabulary used on this screen & propose adding/removing elements.

Patient Dashboard (no patient selected -> loads Manage Patients)

• Good: acts a little like case report form. Track patient status, collaborative actions around a patient.
• "Sort" would be good
• Should determine how many patients a T.B. doctor would have on "active" list.
• One column that reflects diagnosis? (colorectal, non-small-cell lung, hepatocellular, etc.)

Patient Dashboard (patient selected -> loads Patient Summary)

The dropdown menu on the right doesn't match the one on the screen. Whoops.

Could become "curated patient history," meaning:

1. There's a default set of events shown on timeline
2. If too detailed, docs could select what events to "mute" from the overview timeline.
3. If missing details, docs could go to "all events" timeline and add salient events to the overview timeline.

All mockups were created with Pencil, an open source mockup tool.

Proposed Elements for Patient Dashboard:

1. Identifiers
2. Biopsy report (cancer type in a few words such as "papillary renal cell carcinoma")
3. Stage and grade
4. Few key dates in diagnosis, treatment
5. Brief response to treatments
6. Mutations (druggable only?)
7. Comorbidities (e.g. cardiovascular, pulmonary)
8. Radiology key image(s)
9. Pathology key image(s)
10. Risk predictions (once developed)?
