  • Menu is always on top, it only changes when you swap programs
  • CTRL on the mac is CMD (for copy paste)
  • for files, you can paste with CMD+OPTION+V to cut/paste instead of copy/paste
  • CTRL+ALT+DELETE on the mac is CMD+option(alt) + ESC
  • you can use ALT+TAB => CMD tab
  • CTRL+TAB => CMD+~ changes the different windows of the same program (two Chrome windows for example)
  • you don't ever minimize on mac! always use the hide fucntion CMD+H. Or Hide all other apps CMD+SHIFT+H
  • ALT+F4 (closing a window) => CMD+W
  • in Finder, CMD+N gives you the equivalent of new еxplorer
  • rename => ENTER on a file
  • open => CMD+(down arrow)
  • open containing folder => CMD+(up arrow)
  • delete => CMD+delete
  • new folder => CMD+SHIFT+N
  • hold OPTION to jump words when in text
  • CMD+SHIFT+A opens applications (when in Finder)
