Feature support in tree viz apps - TreeViz/metastyle GitHub Wiki

Initial work (phylostylotastic proof-of-concept) was focused on ETE Toolkit and Mesquite. At the 2017 Chicago workshop we discussed treating the OToL Tree Illustrator as the reference implementation for TreeSS.

Alternately, we could try to maintain a table of selectors and declarations supported in each app. Thoughts?
