📃 Steps to install

Follow this tutorial for the steps (it's for a Galaxy A31, but it works for the A41 too).

Also, you have to disable DM-Verity for the vbmeta.img using this tutorial. For that, you will need the stock firmware of your phone (for example, mine is here).

⚙ī¸ Hardware support

Issues I noticed:

  • no fingerprint reader
  • no face recognition
  • no auto-brightness
  • Always On Display not updating (for example, the hour displayed when the screen is turned off remains the same until the screen is turned back on)
  • 48Mpx and wide angle cameras not usable

It's still usable as I run it on my daily phone for three months now!

ℹī¸ Additional Notes

  • I tried LineageOS 22 (Android 15) but Wi-Fi was broken
  • I tried LineageOS 21 (Android 14) but Bluetooth was broken
  • I used Andy Yan's builds: lineage-20.0-20251021-UNOFFICIAL-arm64_bvN.img
  • Internet issue can be solved with adb shell settings put global restricted_networking_mode 0
