it looks like if you enable brackets and remove trim, at default settings you can put in [ Generate Complete List of All Genres Recognized by NovelAI: ] or something like that, and it will output info.

Preliminary testing shows that if [ Genre: example genre ] is put into a blank story and you hit send, it generates relevant text.

EXAMPLE:

It includes not only hazardous substances, such as chemicals and radioactive materials, but also biological wastes (such as animal carcasses), industrial byproducts (including sludge from manufacturing plants), solid wastes (like garbage) and sewage sludges. In addition, toxic waste can be a mixture of different types of wastes in various forms. The term "toxic" does not refer exclusively to harmful effects on humans; it can include damage to non-human lifeforms as well.
