Adding New Developers

All developers should have a GitHub account to contribute to the repository. They can choose to use an existing (i.e. personal) account, or create an account exclusively for work within Torinit. They must be invited to join the organization (TorinitTechnologies).

Using a Personal Account

For developers that choose to use their personal accounts, they will need to:

• Add their Torinit email address to their account.
• Verify their email address.

Using a Work Account

For developers that choose to create a work account (using a Torinit email address), they will simply need to verify their email address.

Removing Developers

When developers leave the company, their account must either be removed from the organization, or -- if the user will continue contributing to the code -- converted to a collaborator.

The developer should follow this process when leaving Torinit.
