Setup Guide - Toolauth/wing-combo GitHub Wiki
[!CAUTION] This section is incomplete.
This will explain how to set up the wing-combo board and accessories into a complete tool controller box.
Box Layout
The wing-combo board will need to be enclosed in a weatherproof electrical box, such as the one shown below. The various buttons, lights and other pieces will need cutouts and attachments to the wing-combo board inside the box.

These boxes quickly fill up with components so it is suggested that you follow the layout instructions below. Here is a retrofit of an older box, just so you can see how jammed with parts these can become.
[!WARNING] The box shown below is from a previous version. Shown for impression, not instructions.

SVG layout
Here is an SVG layout drawn to scale, with various layers to explain the layout of the box as intended by the designers. This design was made in Inkscape, and should likely be viewed in that (free) software to best see layer names and other supporting information.
Laser cutting (or paper printing) 1:1 size drill or layout guides is likely to be very helpful in making consistent encolsures. You can right-click on the svg below and save-as, or checkout this file here.
This layout should give something like the box front shown below. Experience has taught us that a consistent layout of these control boxes make them much more understandable to the end-user who make not care about the technology inside the box ~ they just want to get to the tool they guard.
[!WARNING] The box shown below is from a previous version. Shown for impression, not instructions.

Components needed for full box (and one E-Stop)
Here is a static list with all the components needed to build a full controller box with one E-Stop.
Here is a DigiKey list that shows all the components that are needed when setting up a wing-combo board, after most of the PCB Assembly has been done by a Fab House. Mostly, this is just soldering in the AC/DC power supply and the seat for the stage2 Relay. You can then seat whatever relay you like in place.
