Standard installation combined with stratux
stratux-radar-display can run directly on your stratux device. You can find an example of a case with everything installed in the wiki. Connect the displays to the GPIO pins of the Stratux. This installation is for standard users and does not require special knowledge. I To install the software perform the following steps:
- Download the image named "stratux-eu***-with-radar.img.zip" under "Releases" on the right. Save to your local PC.
- If not yet available on your PC, install Rasbperry Pi Imager from the rasbperry foundation.
- Start Pi Imager and select OS "Use Custom" (the last OS option), see screenshot. Select the "stratux-eu***-with-radar.img.zip" which you just downloaded.

Insert a SD card in your PC and the press "Continue". When being asked to use OS options, select "NO" ! The image is now installed on the SD card.

Insert the SD card into your stratux device and let it boot. After the stratux has booted, connect your device (PC, tablet or mobile) to the "stratux" wifi network

Check that you can connect to the stratux web interface by opening http://192.168.10.1 in a browser on your device

Open the radar configuration web interface opening http://192.168.10.1:81 in your browser. Do not forget the ":81", the configuration server is listening on port 81. As default the configuration web server is active for 10 minutes after reboot.

Configure stratux-radar to your needs (select display and other features)

Press "save and reboot radar"
