Bosporan Infantry are well equipped infantry that are most effective against cavalry. They are well trained, and have great stamina, but they don't quite have the same quality training as Greek hoplites, meaning they are incapable of forming a formidable phalanx. They are however still excellent fighters against any foe, and will be very useful when fighting cavalry.

They are equipped with strong but light linothoraxes and large shields for their protection, and carry a spear for offense.
