Effect:

If an Item reaches 10 Durability it'll restore a part of it's durability. Every restore reduces this Enchantment Level by 1

[Durability] += max(maxDurability*[Restore], 5)

Just to remember: This is Enchantment has to be obtained by "Apex Enchanting".
For that you need a Beacon of at lest Tier 3. Places 5 Chests around the Beacon Block (North, South, West, East, Up).
On top Chest you want to place your Item to enchant in Slot 1, and the "Bases" in the other slots.
On side Chests you want to place the "Catalysts", those have to be in ALL 4 Chests each.
