Included mods are documented in the readme that is included with the mod, it is installed to the game's directory and is initially called info.rtf while it is in the tslpatchdata folder but renamed to main-readme.rtf once installed.

More information can also be found in the readme, such as anyone else who contributed in any way to the project, as well as mods that are no longer included are listed there.
