Sadly only the DWIN displays support M300 aka "the beep".

The Dacai displays have it disabled in the hardware. Most users have Dacais.

There is nothing i can do about it in my mainboard or screen firmware for the Dacais as this part of the "hardware firmware" (this is the firmware.zlib) is closed source.

On the picture left "Dacai" right "Dwin".

It works on a DWIN with "M300". I just checked it.
