E3S1PROFORK-BYTT is capable of using M25 for a pause before a certain layer.

You can also add a "M25" to your gcode whereever you want.

This will force a pause at this position in the gcode.

M25 is also used over the touchscreen when you pause a print.

In Orca Slicer you simple add a "Add Pause" with the plus on the right layer bar.
