System requirements

1. The system shall not exceed 1.3 kilograms
2. The system shall be capable of operating for a minimum of 3 hours
3. The system shall use a Udoo Dual Basic as the onboard computer
4. The system shall use a LimeSDR as the onboard radio
5. The system shall use a 12 volt 3 cell LiPo battery
6. The system shall be capable of operating over at least 100 kilometers line of sight
7. The system shall be completed and finalized by November 9th, 2018

Payload requirements

1. The payload structure shall not exceed 500 grams
2. The internal payload temperature shall not go below 0 degrees Celsius
3. The payload shall have three layers of plexiglass to support mounting of components
4. The payload shall have two layers of fluffy insulation
5. The payload shall not exceed 25cm by 25cm by 25cm in size

Communication Requirements

1. The radio shall have separate channels for transmitting and receiving
2. The radio shall occupy less than 1 MHz of RF bandwidth for receiving
3. The radio shall occupy less than 1 MHz of RF bandwidth for transmitting
4. The radio shall be capable of transmitting and receiving 16 Byte packets
5. The radio shall be capable of transmitting and receiving 32 Byte packets
6. The radio shall operate between 2390 and 2450 MHz

Sensor Requirements

1. The sensors shall operate over i2c
2. The sensors shall record GPS data
3. The sensors shall record battery voltage
4. The sensors shall record internal temperature
5. The sensors shall record external temperature
6. The sensors shall record atmospheric pressure
