How to setup automatic promotion/relegation between two leagues who have group settings.

ISSUE

Kept on getting error on verification testing but the league passed on general testing.

Background

In this league, we want only the bottom team out of each group to be relegated. This is a two group system.

FIX

It appears the top setting (1) is for the individual group and the other settings need to be set for 2 as this is the total number moving out of the competition.
