Ideas & New Features

The following is a collated list of all the team members' ideas for extensions to the original Battleship game.

Improved Settings Menu

Add more options to the settings tab in the main menu (other than difficulty). For example, graphical options (resolution, fullscreen mode, texture quality, etc.), audio options, controls and keybindings.

Animations

Add some animations for gameplay events such as shots, hits, misses and sinks.

Online Multiplayer

Add the ability for people to play online over the internet or local wireless.

Adding exit button

Add the exit button on screen while playing games so that player can return to main-menu after finising the game

Different difficulty levels

Adding different difficulties levels to the game such as easy, medium or hard.

Credits screen

Add an extra option in the main menu screen to view game credits, showing info of the game developers.
