The Musket is crafted out of 1 Gun Stock and 1 Musket Barrel. The Gun Stock is crafted out of 2 Sticks and 1 Wood Plank. The Musket Barrel is crafted out of 3 Iron Ingots and 1 Flint and Steel. The Musket Balls are crafted out of 1 Iron Ingot, 1 Gunpowder and 1 Paper, but you will get 8 of them:

Advice

The musket is a pretty powerful weapon, but ammunition is relatively expensive and reloading takes some time. It make sense to attach a bayonet, so you can defend yourself properly in close combat.
