- Switch blocks had different colours than SMBX 1.3 has.
- Title theme was the same as the "Super Mario 64 title screen".
- The "Ghost house" theme was the "Haunted House" theme from "Super Mario 64".
- The "Lost woods" theme was the orchestrated remake published on YouTube by ZeldaBetaStuffs while SMBX 1.3 used the original "Lost Woods" theme from the "The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the past" SNES game.
There are three legendary episodes included

The large adventure fan game developed by Otabo in the 2013 year. Originally published at the RPG-Maker-NET site as a packed game based on the SMBX 1.3. This is an unofficial release made by Wohlstand, a heavily modified from the original (mostly music replacements, adding of missing checkpoints, fixing bugs, etc) directly based on the version 1.2 originally released in the year 2013. Historically, this game was one of first games that Wohlstand actually played after first time finding original SMBX and everything that's related to it. And the whole game became a large proveground for his development experiments while developing the Moondust Project, and now TheXTech. This game is still used as a proveground for development, however, it still can be enjoyed even in its current state.
During a time, Otabo released more versions of his Sarasaland Adventure, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, and they were based on different engines (SMBX 1.3, and SMBX X2 Beta2 mod over SMBX 1.3).
On the moment when this paragraph written, Otabo works on the updated version 5.0 that will be built for TheXTech directly.

The Last King of Hyrule RePack
The fan game based on The Legend of Zelda universe, originally made by kentona, Solitayre, LockeZ and halibabica, and published on the RPGMakerNet site. The Last King of Hyrule is RMN's collaborative Zelda game made in SMBX! This game was a collaborative effort to make a game in the SMBX game engine where Link is the main playable character. The SMBX engine is designed to make Mario games, and this game contains similarities to Mario-style platforming in some ways, playing like a cross between Zelda 2 and Mario 3.
This is the TheXTech Repack of the game made by DarkWeBareBears69.
Story
The dark wizard Ganondorf, seeking to conquer Hyrule, vowed to put an end to the Hylian bloodline. Wielding the Triforce of Power, he took it upon himself to end the royal family once and for all. Princess Zelda is already dead, and the king is slain before Link's own eyes. This will be the Last King of Hyrule.
The pieces of the Triforce of Courage have been scattered to prevent Ganondorf from seizing them. Link, drawn by their essence of courage, must reforge it from its shards in order to face Ganondorf.
The kingdom is already lost. The royal bloodline has been ended. Waves of evil wash over Hyrule as Ganondorf's armies try to find the pieces of the Triforce before Link. Ganondorf, fortified in the Dark World beyond anyone's reach, has achieved absolute power. The situation is utterly hopeless.
Yet as he obtains the strength of the Triforce of Courage, Link presses on into this hopless situation regardless.
