Rarities
Levels 3
Levels 3 is almost exactly the same as Levels 2, however, the Ultra Rare rarity has been removed, while Archaic has been renamed to Mythic. Rarities also influence weapons and armor much more, as higher rarities mean weapons and armor could have higher damage and armor values respectively. Attack Speed and Armor Toughness is also affected by rarity. In theory, this will allow for even wooden swords to have higher damage values than a diamond sword. While this is unlikely, there is a possibility.
- Common (white)
- Uncommon (green)
- Rare (blue)
- Legendary (purple)
- Mythic (orange)
Levels 2
Levels 2 adds in 6 rarities that your weapons can have: Common (gray), Uncommon (green), Rare (blue), Ultra Rare (purple), Legendary (orange), and Archaic (white). Each of these rarities become progressively harder to find, but also provide greater bonuses. The better the rarity, the better the weapon.
For melee and ranged weapons, rarities provide bonuses to damage, bonus experience, and even durability resistance. This means that the higher the rarity, the weapon will be able to do more damage, receive more experience, and resist more durability. For armor, rarities provide bonuses to damage mitigation, bonus experience, and also durability resistance. Damage mitigation essentially means you will take less damage.
