This isn't just a pickaxe, this multi-tool works as an axe, shovel, and pickaxe all at once. Since it is made from the essence of God, it will insta-mine everything, even obsidian when you are underwater!

Another cool trick it has is when you right click the tool, it will remove all negative status effects from your player!(Vanilla status effects that is.)
This only works if you are the one who created the pick, an item with such power is bound to its creator.(Don't worry, the insta mining still works for anything using it)
