Tier 4 Chance Pendant Info:

• This tiered pendant is the highest level of a 4 tiered system that allows the player to passively change the chance value of Chance Cubes upon breaking them.
• This tier 4 pendant adds 100 chance to Chance Cubes when the player breaks them.

Crafting:

To craft a Tier 4 Chance Pendant. One must place lapis in all four corners with lapis blocks in between these pieces and the Tier 3 Chance Pendant in the middle.
