In some of those games you can use Nukem's dlssg-to-fsr3 mod.

Place dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll next to OptiScaler and set FGType=nukems in OptiScaler.ini.
AMD/Intel also need to download fakenvapi and place it next to OptiScaler
