Readiness Plan for Delivery Days

1. Everyone must commit their code by 9 pm the night before delivery day.
2. GitHub Admin will double check commits.
3. Scrum Master must confirm issues are in correct columns, review ticket in review ready and linked on readme.md
4. Deployment Manager will deploy website by 10 am on delivery day and ensure that everything is functioning properly.
