Notes

• This is intended to be a post plantera shotgun that turns chlorophyte bullets into primal bullets that increase the fire rate and damage of the gun
• The Primal Shotgun fires two shots, each one with a delay of 11 ticks, for a total of 22 ticks. The delay between one burst and the next is 44 ticks. One complete use of the weapon (including the delay) takes 66 ticks.
