Notes

• This is based off of the dual pistols, unfortunately I couldn't find a good solution to making a character hold 2 weapons at once, so I decided to make it a dual barrel pistol, Like the alternator from APEX legends but a pistol.
• The Exotic Hoprock Dual Barrel Pistol fires two shots, each one with a delay of 5 ticks, for a total of 10 ticks. The delay between one burst and the next is 9 ticks. One complete use of the weapon (including the delay) takes 19 ticks.
• Is referred to as "ExoticHoprockDualies" internally
