Notes

• This is intended to be a post-cultist direct upgrade to the Pulse Rifle
• The Exotic Burst Pulse Rifle fires three shots, each one with a delay of 7 ticks, for a total of 21 ticks. The delay between one burst and the next is 23 ticks. One complete use of the weapon (including the delay) takes 44 ticks.
• Fires the same projectile that the magic missile fires, seeking targets and causing area damage upon impact.
