Added a new search method for shopping lists that can scan and filter prices for thousands of items in 14s (around 42s on a full population realm) - previously this would take 20+ minutes! This is invaluable for sniping the perfect deal when combined with the gold price filters.

• Very fast shopping list search when searching for more than 50 items.
• Added a button to move the price history dialog in the "Shopping" tab to the right of the results listing (right click any result to see a price history).
• Option to show profit instead of crafting cost in the crafting window when the Auction House is open.
