Preconditions:

1. bob exists and has created a tournament
2. charlie exists and has joined bob's tournament (testu2u)

Steps

1. login as charlie
2. on the home page, use the user search bar to search for bob
3. on bob's profile, there is a box where charlie can rate bob
4. enter a numberical rating for bob and click rate
5. note that in bob's history, charlie's rating for bob appears
6. click profile in the top-right corner
7. note that in charlie's history, charlie's rating for bob appears
