First step - place the items

Place the items in the editor, you can safely place Vactube Dropper Start at any orientation, but the end is locked to be pointing down.

Second step - connect the items

Connect Vactube Dropper End output to VD Start as seen in the picture above.

Good! Now place vactubes between Start and End, so that cube travelling from start ends up in the end item. Connect inputs like a normal dropper to Vactube Dropper End.
