Vira's Mount is a magic saddle capable of spawning a horse where you are standing when activated. It has a cooldown of 30 seconds, and 100 initial charges. Once out of charges, the item will crumble to dust. The saddle can also be placed on the horse, used to ride, and withdrawn to be used again.
