The Silver Drachma is a magical coin that will fully restore the durability of any item in your hand (that has a durability bar) after 5 seconds. This time period is for people to consume the coin and then select the item they want restored. If you are not holding a repairable item after the 5 second window elapses, the effect will be wasted and nothing will be refunded. There is a 60 second cooldown between Silver Drachma uses.

This item can be obtained from the Mysterious Well.
