Large Bait is a Tier 3 utility item. It has 100 uses. If held in the off-hand while fishing, it decreases the time for a fish to bite by 10 seconds. This stacks with the Lure enchantment. Additionally, it completely prevent catching anything except fish or junk. Successfully catching an item will reduce the durability by one, while reeling your line in early will not.

Magic Bait can be enchanted with Mending and Unbreaking.
