Aren's Chronometer is a niche utility device with a wide variety of applications. When activated, it grants the user Slow Falling IV, Jump Boost IV, Weakness IV, and Slowness IV for 5 seconds. It also grants the user temporary invincibility for that 5 seconds. It has a 2 minute cooldown between uses.
