A Mysterious Tome is a rare book capable of revealing a random unique enchantment to the user. The random enchantment received is determined by the quality tier of the book itself, and will always be a level 1 variant. There are 5 tiers of tomes, each with the following possible enchantments.
Tier I Tomes have an equal chance of turning into the following enchantments;
- Bane of Netherspawn
- Blindness
- Blunt Arrows
- Breath
- Confusion
- Cure
- Cursed
- Defender
- Exhaust
- Fatigue
- Headhunter
- Jump
- Seasoned
- Shock
- Sight
- Smelter
- Venom
- Wise
Tier II Tomes have an equal chance of turning into the following enchantments;
- Blast
- Fireball
- Flame Walker
- Hardened
- Harvest
- Haste
- Ice Aspect
- Paralyze
- Poisoned Arrows
- Precise
- Rocket
- Sated
- Sonic
- Spark Arrows
- Survivalist
- Teleport
- Thunder
- Wither
Tier III Tomes have an equal chance of turning into the following enchantments;
- Acclivity Arrows
- Angler
- Bomb Arrows
- Combust

Tier IV Tomes have an equal chance of turning into the following enchantments;
