The Amethyst Title Token is a consumable item that will grant the user access to the Amethyst Title. You can access this title from the /titles menu. Once the token is used, it will disappear and cannot be used again. Despite being able to obtain Budding Amethyst blocks, this title will only drop from naturally generated ones, and will not drop from player-placed ones.
