The Law rune is a tier 1 magical rune. It is a catalytic rune, meaning that it is used in conjunction with elemental runes to produce spellwork. It can not be found in nature. It can be crafted through the use of the Law Altar in a cave under the Blackstone Keep in Sirrus.They can be obtained by killing Endermen and they drop runes at a rate of 1/16 and also drop from endermites at 1/6
