A Pumpkin Totem is a commemorative totem received from Yellow Gifts. It is largely cosmetic, providing the player with the Hallowed title for 10 minutes when used. When receiving one from a Yellow Gift, the recipient will have their name imprinted upon the item permanently, even if traded or sold to another player. This way, you will always know who found this particular totem.
