The best way to do this is by duplicating the current character! Select the Gunquin Collection Right click, Duplicate

You can customize characters individually, the pose Library will work for each one separately depending on which you have selected.

To remove the extra character, simply right click the collection (Gunquin.001) and "Delete Hierarchy"
