Portable parts to 3D print - The-Hybrid-Atelier/RheoBoard GitHub Wiki
The CAD is in RheoBoardPipette_CAD. RheoBoardPipette needs trays for three boards: the ESP32 Thing Plus, the SparkFun Qwiic Button, and the SparkFun Qwiic MicroPressure. The button and the MicroPressure use the same file, MicroPressure_tray.stl, because the boards are the same size. A slicer opens the STL files. Copy count, orientation, supports, and material are not stated.
Trays
ESP32 Thing Plus. USB is at the end slot. The Qwiic connector and the battery JST are at the side gap. Print ESP32_ThingPlus_tray.stl.
SparkFun Qwiic MicroPressure. The Qwiic connectors line up with the two open edges. The SparkFun Qwiic Button uses this same tray, because the boards are the same size. The picture shows the MicroPressure board in the tray. Print MicroPressure_tray.stl for both boards.
These pictures are the same CAD views used for the RheoBoardOTS trays. They are not a photographed fit.
Inline pipette adapter
inline_pipette_sensor_prototype.scad is the editable source. inline_pipette_sensor_prototype.stl is the mesh. The mesh bounding box is about 19.4 × 11 × 30 mm. The source says this is a fitting prototype and is not calibrated. One end is the pipette socket, the other end is the tip cone, and the side port goes to the pressure sensor.
Notice
- Printed parts are not medical-grade.
- They are not pressure-rated or food-safe.
