Thin sheets of copper and silver are molded around this elegant gauntlet, radiating with arcane energy.

This left-handed gauntlet functions as a spellcasting focus. Ranged spell attacks of 1st level and higher, will instead be propelled from the gauntlet, enhancing them in the following ways:

• The spell’s range is either doubled or gains a +60ft. increase to its range, based on whichever is more effective .

• Spells propelled by the gauntlet can score a critical hit upon rolling a 19 or a 20.

A blueprint, recovered from wreckage lost at sea, showcased the potential of a magical gauntlet to catalyze the weave and selectively extend its reach. The blueprints were coveted by collectors and scholars alike, but fell into the hands of Lexxus, the devious archmage that figured he could not only claimstake the instructions, but improve upon them.
