The Syndicate rogues know to look for openings in their enemies' defense - and severely abuse them. These Shurikens gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with them. This bonus is tripled against targets that have no movement left. As a reaction upon seeing a target within 30 feet of you miss an attack, you can make a ranged attack roll against it using a shuriken. Any attack against an enemy with no reaction left, scores a critical hit upon rolling a 20 or higher.

How could a mere shuriken fell a Knight of Coinage? One might find themselves befuddled at the thought of the throwing star slipping into the nooks and crannies of a battle-weary knight. Ringleader Morvun, however, knows the power of a well-timed razor and always carries some shurikens on hand.
