Upon attunement, this featureless pendant is light as a feather, but the antique grows heavy as you tell lies. For every deliberate lie you tell, you gain a permanent -1 to deception. Nothing short of a wish spell can undo these effects.

When you deal physic damage to a creature, you gain advantage on all Wisdom (insight) checks against that creature for the duration of 1 hour.

Additionally, the target has to succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or you learn all its features and abilities. On a successful save, the creature is impervious to this effect for 1 minute.
