Wondrous item (mask), very rare (requires attunement)

Wearing this sober, wooden mask, gives you a creeping sense of melancholy. The item is comfortable, but reeks of disease and death. While attuned to the mask, you gain the following benefits:

• You become immune to poison damage.
• You gain resistance to disease.
• You gain advantage on death saving throws. Upon taking damage from a target you can see, you can use your reaction to gaze at your attacker. The target has to succeed on a DC 16 Wisdom saving throw or end their turn immediately. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus before needing to wait until dawn.
