Heavy, even for a heavy crossbow, this weapon uses its built-in sling to catapult its bolts in a devastating arc. Attacks made with this weapon ignore cover if a bolt could be lobbed over. In addition to making a ranged attack, you can infuse the bolt with a potent gunpowder - forcing all creatures within 5 feet of the target to make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d6 fire damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.

You can infuse the Mangonelle a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus before needing to wait until dawn.
