Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a ranger)

Cobbled together from various bits of string and steel, this gruesome necklace carries the teeth of dangerous hellish creatures. If attuned to this necklace, the wearer is granted part of the fervor stored in the item.

As a reaction upon getting hit by your favored enemy, reduce all incoming damage by 1d6. The next time you make an attack against an enemy, it deals additional piercing damage equal to the amount of damage reduced.
