There once lived a fabled Tortle, determined to bring harmony to Epror, but his quest led him to his doom. However, his shell has been preserved by the hags that felled him. The sage wisdom and will of Alzu the Tortle lives on in the shield that was made from his remains. For those who are equally determined to preserve order, the shield grants a boon.

As an action you can use the shield to brace yourself and gain a +3 bonus to your AC and to your Wisdom saving throws until the start of your next turn.

Alzu Silverstitch Tigglewiggle, advisor extraordinaire, was among the ranking officials within the secret order of La Lavitor. This order of diplomats sought to influence and affect the minds of those in power to steer the course of history as they saw fit.
