This spherical bottle contains a cloudy mixture, reminiscent of a depp winter's shadow. The bottle contains a single use of a poison, enough to potentially debilitate a great spellcaster. On ingestion, a creature subjected to this poison must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target loses all its available spell slots until the next dawn. On a successful save the target suffers no effects.

Magic allows those of even the most diminutive stature to achieve great feats worthy of song and celebration. Potent mages might lay low an entire platoon of exemplary and splendidly clad knights with but a word and a gesture. Sever their connection to the arcane however and they revert to their feeble martial capabilities ready to be crushed by a clenched mailed fist.
