Drinking from this chalice, your Charisma score increases by 6 (to a maximum of 22) and your Wisdom score decreases by 6.

Additionally, you become immune to psychic damage and charms, as you constantly count as being charmed by yourself.

Whenever you see your reflection, you must immediately take an action to give it a kiss.

These effects last for 2 hours or until you drink from the chalice again.
